| DECRIPTION: We are seeking a Project Manager for a Mechanical Construction Project based in Australia. with an excellent remuneration package negotiable for the right person. The Project Manager is responsible for:
- the development and implementation of contract delivery strategies
- management of Safety
- project teams
- construction management development plans
- project cashflow monitoring and reporting
- the completion of post-implementation reports.

| REQUIREMENTS: ppppppYou are degree qualified (in either Engineering, Administration or Management), and be an experience Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience on large mechanical construction projects. We are ideally looking for someone with experience in: Ensuring the Safety of all aspects of a Project Managing projects over $50m in value Cost Management &ndash cost reports including forecasts, work in progress and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget Scheduling/Programming &ndash preparation, setting of milestones and ensuring timely completion of projects Progress Reporting &ndash Internally and client focused Management of project specific Quality Assurance requirements &ndash ensure final product is to necessary quality standard/level Understanding the trends and outcomes in Mechanical Constructions Leadership and Teamwork &ndash liaising with management, workshop and site personnel to ensure project objectives are met./p/p/p/p/p/p/p |
